Description : Net-Zero community in partnership with Rocky Mountain Power’s subscriber solar program. An affordable housing complex with five-stories of housing units, as well as space reserved for non-profit and homeless youth programs on site. Also includes a clubhouse with gym, conference space, and artist studios.
